ok bakers! We need to talk. I’m not a baker who has a ton of gadgets but I have equipment to help me bake better. Two of those are a grain mill and a mixer. I shared on Instagram two Amazon deals. I’m not for MORE gadgets unless they really serve a purpose. Here we go, if I were to ever get a bread machine to bake in summer I would choose THIS ONE. Here’s why, it actually has 7 uses: bread, yogurt, dough and more! It’s ceramic and not cheap plastic or junk.
the other item I would consider is an instant pot. Again, one machine with multiple functions (rice maker, yogurt, warmer, pressure cooker, steamer). This one is under $100 which is a rarity.
