  1. you are very good at training. do you use the basic sour dough recipe?
    with my climate the midwest I I have settled into a certain recipe, but the look of your dough is so amazing. Is yours sticky after the bulk fermention?

  2. Hello, I make a basic sourdough bread using rye flour and a white sourdough flour. I made and maintain my starter with rye flour. Would your recipes for the cinnamon rolls and the beautiful plaited and rolled loaves on your reels work with my rye starter? Thank you
